Lorraine Seibel has been a proud and enthusiastic Realtor® since 1986 and earned her Broker status in 1996. Lorraine has been married to her husband Karl Seibel since 1967, and has two wonderful grown children, and two just as wonderful grand children. Lorraine and Karl moved to the Mount Washington Valley in 1967, because this was the environment they desired and the perfect place to bring up their children. Along the way, their earlier careers evolved into the growing Real Estate business. Karl joined Lorraine in 1998 and they’ve been a team ever since.
In 2001 Lorraine and Karl joined RE/MAX Presidential and share an office in the North Conway branch. Lorraine is actively involved with the White Mt. Board of Realtors® and has held several offices with them including the position of President for 2007. She also serves on the state level with The NH Association of Realtors ® as a member of the professional development committee. Lorraine also conducts orientation programs for new members of the White Mt. Board. Lorraine has truly given much of herself towards making the entire Real Estate community work together in the best interest of their clients. Lorraine also has earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation (ABR), and is a member of the National Association of Realtors ® and is highly thought of and respected by her peers.
Lorraine has been a top producer for most of her Real Estate career and is proud of the fact that she has worked with generations of the same families to help make their Real Estate dreams come true.
