Debra Phaneuf

As a native of the Mt. Washington Valley, I offer an in-depth knowledge of the area and the people who live, work, and vacation here.  I was born and raised in North Conway and for 15 years owned and operated The Bear Notch Deli and Market in Bartlett Village.  Through working at the store, I grew to know many of the Valley residents and visitors.  I am the mother of two wonderful boys, both of whom have grown to be young men that would make any parent proud.  My oldest son is presently student teaching in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire and hopes to be a junior high history teacher. My youngest has chosen the field of business management and hopes to stay in the Valley.

Having spent my life in the Mt. Washington Valley, I enjoy sharing with people the many treasures of our area:  the places to explore from our national forest trails, to the hard to find, the unexpected pleasures of the Saco River, a world of waterfalls and covered bridges, and hiking trails just waiting to be explored.  There are so many activities here in the Valley; you cannot possibly explore all of them in your lifetime.

After selling The Bear Notch Deli and Market, I decided to pursue a career in real estate.  My entrepreneurial skills and years of business experience in exceeding customer expectations are exactly what being a RE/MAX professional is all about.

I am actively involved within my community.  For a number of years, I have been part of the North Conway Rotary Club.  Rotary does wonderful things for our Valley, and I am proud to help support one of our largest fundraising organizations.  I look for ward to continuing to do so in the future.

I am licensed in New Hampshire and in Maine.  I currently am attending courses to obtain my ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and CRS designations (Certified Residential Specialist).  I am a member of the White Mountain Board of Realtors, New Hampshire Board of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors.

I believe that you get out of life what you put into it.  I live to enjoy each day, waiting for tomorrow to come, and always appreciating all that I can share and achieve.  It is my mission in real estate that with my experience and knowledge of our area as well as my energy and enthusiasm, that  I will strive to fulfill the needs of my clients and customers, to educate them to our area and our real estate market, and to always learn from our experiences together.  For all your real estate needs, I can be contacted by calling 603-356-9444 ext. 217, on my cell phone at 603-986-0335, or by e-mail at debbie@mwvhomes.com
