Garrett Phaneuf

Garrison represents buyers and sellers throughout the Mount Washington Valley and the White Mountains region. A lifelong local, Garrison brings firsthand knowledge of the area and a genuine appreciation for what makes these mountain communities worth calling home.

Garrison believes every buyer and seller deserves his full effort and attention, regardless of price point. He listens closely, asks the right questions, and keeps his clients' best interests at the center of every decision, from the first conversation through closing. He is a member of the White Mountain Board of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Born and raised in Silver Lake, where he still lives, Garrison graduated from Kennett High School and knows the lakes, trails, and back roads of the valley the way only a local can.

Outside of real estate, Garrison spends as much time outdoors as he can. Winter means skiing, snowmobiling, or a bit of both. Summer means chasing the next great view, fishing on the lake, hiking new trails, camping with friends, and beach days. When he's inside, he's usually making music on his computer or teaching himself something new on the piano.
